Songye Impala antler horn/trumpet with figure carved at the tip.  To generate the sound, the horn player buzzes their lips in the rectangle-shaped blow-hole in the center of the horn.  The horn is held horizontal when played.  Instruments with carved anthropomorphic figures were often used within the secret societies during various ceremonies.
