This Frafra arrow-shaped flute has two holes and is pierced at the bottom which allows it to be worn around the neck on a string or small rope. The Frafra a live in northern Ghana and are a Voltaic speaking people. Due to differences, they split from the Gurunsi, living in Burkina Faso, during the colonial period.
