Rattle Adornments
We generally think of adornment as something that is used to make a person or thing more beautiful. Rattle adornments are a complex assemblage of fabric, ornaments, and shaken idiophones (possible bells), that have both a decorative and functional purpose. African rattle adornments add to both the movement and sound during spiritual and traditional ceremonies.
