OVERVIEW GUIDELINES FOR RENTING TRAVELING EXHIBITS (Negotiable)
Borrower must fulfill all exhibition requirements as stipulated in the contract
Borrower must submit a signed contract by authorized person of the hosting organization/venue
Borrower must submit a facilities report, i.e., space, display hardware
Half of the rental fee as a deposit is required to book an exhibition. The remainder fee is due at the beginning of the month in which the exhibit is received
If organization/venue cancels exhibition booking, the deposit will not be refunded
Borrower must preserve and secure packing materials/boxes/crates during the booking time
An allowance in time for de-installation, condition reporting, and repacking is two (2) weeks

Fees and Deposits
Security requirement, i.e., no exposure to direct sunlight, humidity control environment, supervision of exhibit
Insurance requirements of wall-to-wall coverage on the exhibition
Shipping, unpacking, packing and special handling will be the responsibility of World Music, LLC. with assistance from the venue for installation and de-installation
