Yoruba figural drum of female kneeling on a wooden disc. This ancient drum is carved from one piece of wood that was been painted black. There are several old worm holes in the wood. The skin on the drumhead is still in tack with no holes and secured with wooden pegs. Collected by Jean-Pierre Hallet, Malibu.
