A Songye basketry woven rattle of rattan fiber.  This rattle is completely made from rattan, including the reinforced woven handle.   Inside are hard seed shells, that make a loud sound when shaken.  Spectacular weaving showing age and usage.  Possibly used for ritual ceremonies.
