This is a DEG Music Products Company, “Classic” Sax-shaped Trumpet.  DEG was founded by Donald E. Getzen in 1964, in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin.  His father, Thomas Getzen, began the Getzen Company as a repair and rebuilding company in about 1939. This Bb Saxotrumpet appears to be more compact than a regular trumpet and with its bell pointing more upward.
